How do I cancel an order on Jewelmyne?

 

1) Cancellation before product has shipped:

 

  • If you cancel your order before shipment has shipped.

 

  • Prepaid: payment gateway charges minimum 3.5% will be deducted from your payment amount and rest will be refund to your original payment source. no full refund provided in this case.

 

  • COD: no payment refund applicable.

 

2) Cancellation after product has shipped:

 

  • If your jewelry has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same. once that package reaches us back you will get refund of your amount by deducting payment gateway charges and order shipping cost.

 

  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for a replacement if it is defective or wrong item delivered than selected item in your order.  See 01-Day Replacement Policy for further details.

 

What is the 01-Day Replacement Policy?

 

Every piece of jewelry sold at Jewelmyne is covered under our 01-Day Replacement Policy in case of only below issue.

 

  • Eligible for a replacement (no refund) in case of wrong item delivered other than the selected item in your order.

 

  • Not eligible to return or exchange in case of choice or quality regarding personal measurements. 

 

  • Not eligible to return or exchange in case of size issue as we already mention all required size for all our product. 

 

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 01 Day Replacement Policy:

 

  • Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

 

  • Any jewelry that has been washed

 

  • Any jewelry not in its original condition

 

  • Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

 

  • Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

 

Note: Unboxing video before opening received box until showing wrong or damaged product is required for claim. without this required proof any claim will not be accepted.



How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to Jewelmyne?

 

  • Notify/Inform us about problems, damages, or defects within 01 days from the date of delivery at info@jewelmyne.com or contact us on customer care number printed on our courier box.

 

  • we will check about any issue made from our warehouse by cut footage.

 

  • if issue fits to our replacement/refund policy, we will send a replacement product (NO REFUND) to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

  • Please include the original contents, certificates, and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

 

  • We don't support reversal pickup facility at present. hence, you need to send the courier back to us. Please send the return shipment back to our warehouse at the address below.

  • For the damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 100 towards your shipping costs, provided you include the courier receipt along with the return shipment. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.

 

How will I get replacement for my returned product(s)?

 

1) Our QC (Quality Check) team will inspect the returned shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse.

 

2) Once QC inspection completed successfully, we will contact you and you will be guided to get replacement item in opposite of your returned product(s).

 

Note: replacement item will be shipped only after we receive your returned package and quality check.

 

Received message of delivery confirmation but not received package?

 

  • kindly inform us within 12 hours of delivery message.

 

  • Any dispute should be raised within 12 hours. kindly email us for the same with delivery SMS screenshot with your order id and mansion your registered mobile number.

 

  • Any claim after 12 hours will not be accepted.
